Photography is more than a medium for factual communication of ideas. It is a creative art.

The big question on everyone’s mind when they are shopping for a professional photographer is “how much”. I have shared a bit about the process behind my pricing below, please feel free to scroll down and read more if you feel the need to better understand. What I offer is a complete boutique experience. You will be pampered from the moment you walk in my door to the day you pick up your images and beyond. I treasure each and every one of my clients, they are beautiful and unique and so special to me, and I want you to know that you are going to absolutely LOVE your images but not just that, you will LOVE the experience of creating them with me and my staff, this is my promise!
Please visit my Boudoir Pricing page here:
And our currently scheduled minisession events can be found here (at times there will be no minisession events scheduled, however if you are interested in booking a minisession when none are on our schedule please inquire with our studio directly.)
Believe me I completely understand and I know that custom portraiture can be a major expense. I am often asked why my services and products are priced the way they are and without going into too much detail I always say exactly this… I work very hard to give each of my clients an individual and unique experience. Each beauty and boudoir session I shoot can take upwards of 8-10 hours, sometimes more, with the actual shoot time, being present to supervise hair and makeup in my studio, editing retouching and preparing proofs, interacting with my clients via email and phone and in person to determine how best to serve them, receiving and placing orders, packaging, etc. That does not include time for administrative tasks required to run my business, cost of props, equipment, continuing education, professional associations, etc. That being said I will only take one Full Custom boudoir session in a day, and though I will take 5-6 minisessions in a day they are priced a bit lower to reflect the shorter shooting time, but all the other aspects of serving my client come into play with minisessions as well. This is not my weekend gig or a hobby, this is my full time business which supports my family, so I need to make sure that I consider my time as valuable. I have struggled for years to balance my families needs and my business and I have arrived at my pricing very thoughtfully, considering what my business overhead requires and what I need to be able to pay myself (because this is my full time job, in fact I work more like 16 hours a day 7 days a week with very few days off or holidays). I do understand that this experience may not be in everyone’s budget, and I do have sympathy for those who want to work with me but simply cannot afford to, however I also have to make sure I take care of my family and their needs as well. I periodically offer minisession events which are shorter sessions, non-private (other clients in hair and makeup in the next room while you shoot) and do not include hair and makeup for those who would like to experience boudoir photography but cannot commit to the price of a Full Custom session. I appreciate your understanding and acceptance that if you do decide that the services I offer are what you are looking for and you choose to book with me, that my prices are not negotiable, just like walking into a department store and picking up a designer handbag. I say this with the utmost respect and love for each and every person who drops by this site and inquires about what I do.
